One Sheet Box Template

I just love these cute little One Sheet Boxes! And, they are so easy to make! I made these two for the Stamp Camp I am having today. I just love how they came out. I used the VersaMarker and the Pastels to get a very soft look with the images. To make your own you'll need the following supplies:

· Paper cutter with scoring tool
· Bone folder
· Cardstock - one sheet of 8 1/2" x 11
· Additional cardstock for main image
· Stamps
· Ink
· Ribbon
· Cropodile or Double Rectangle or Circle Punch

Step-by-Step

  1. Score sheet of cardstock on the short side at 2-1/2", turn 90 degrees and score at 4-1/2", turn and score at 2-1/2", and turn and score at 4-1/2".
  2. Prefold along score lines several times both ways, or step three will be difficult.
  3. Looking at the scored corner rectangle, bring the horizontal fold to vertical fold to create a diagonal crease in the corner rectangle. Do this for each corner.
  4. Use a bone folder to really make the diagonal folds "sharp" and easier to fold the sheet into a box.
  5. Stamp your cardstock.
  6. Prefold the box by inverting the diagonal folds towards the box center.
  7. Stamp center image and accent and adhere to box front.
  8. Adhere the box so it will stand w/out falling apart.
  9. Punch the holes for your ribbon and thread ribbon through both holes.
  10. Tie the ribbon in front and the box is complete.
